Anne J is a graduate of the New York Institute of Massage and specializes in Hot Stone massage. She is also trained in Myofascial Mobilization, Reiki, Deep tissue and Lymphatic Drainage.  Anne strives to customize and integrate modalities for an individualized massage experience.

Bridget uses Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point and Sports Massage techniques to create the most suitable treatment for each client.  She draws from her knowledge as a yoga instructor to work on chronic conditions and help clients increase their body awareness. She is trained in Hot Stone Massage and certified for Prenatal massage.

Cecily is a graduate of the CSMT*. To accommodate the needs of her clients, she draws from several modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial and Sports massage. Cecily is also trained in Hot Stone Massage and Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy.

Christa is a Nationally Certified graduate of The Marquette School of Therapeutic Massage in Marquette, MI.  She uses Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Sports, Trigger Point, and Thai bodywork techniques along with a firm, nurturing touch to give you a massage that is relaxing and specific to your needs.

Debra graduated from CSMT after a 14-year career as a ballet dancer. She enjoys incorporating a Swedish massage with movement, stretching and anatomically specific techniques. She is also trained in Sports, Infant, Pregnancy, Trigger Point, Reiki and Ocology massage techniques.

Genevieve’s interest in massage emerged while gathering methods to re-align the body in her career as a Theatre Artist.  She graduated from the New School for Massage in Chicago, and integrates Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Sports, Myofacial and Trigger Point techniques.  “Clients say my sessions result in pain relief with a unique nurtured experience. I enjoy assisting each client into a deliciously deep relaxation.”  She is Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and is trained in Hot Stone massage.

Heather O is a Nationally Certified and Licensed Massage Therapist specially trained in Oncology Massage. She graduated from Chicago School of Massage Therapy in June 2005. She is also a certified Reiki practitioner, and has been a Certified Thai Practitioner since 2001. Integrating elements from both Western and Eastern bodywork modalities, Heather works with you to customize a session to best meet your needs. She also provides Swedish and Deep Tissue.

Iris is a Nationally Certified graduate of CSMT.  She enjoys tailoring each massage to the needs of her client to promote wellness and a better relationship with the body.  Her sessions incorporate a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Myofascial, and Body Mobilization/Stretching
techniques to best serve each person.  She is also certified in Prenatal and Hot Stone massage.

Jae is a graduate of the Blue Sky Educational Foundation in Milwaukee, WI. She incorporates Neuromuscular, Sports, Reflexology, stretching and other modalities to achieve a relaxed state and heal the body and mind of each client. Janna is also certified in Pregnancy Massage.

Janet graduated from the Chicago School of Massage Therapy in 1996 and went on to complete a year-long training in Hakomi, which combines the practice of mindfuness with bodywork.  Specializing in Pregnancy Massage, Sports Massage, and Reiki, Janet integrates various techniques to create a customzied and relaxing massage experience.  Her long term interestes in the martial arts, yoga, weightlifting, and dance gives Janet a unique perspective on the dynamics of the human body.

Jennifer S received her training at the CSMT* after a 13-year career in dance. She draws from a variety of techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Sport and Pregnancy Massage. Each treatment is unique to the needs of each client, guiding them to pain relief, tissue release and relaxation.

Jen A is a graduate of the New School of Massage Therapy in Chicago. Trained and certified as a yoga instructor, she has a deep knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology. She is trained in Thai massage; Tui Na; Deep Tissue; Prenatal and Sports.Each session is tailored to meet the client goals.

JulieAnn’s dance background and training at the CSMT* have given her a unique perspective of the dynamics of the human body. Her modalities include Myo-trigger point therapy, Neuromuscular therapy, Prenatal massage, Reiki and Ortho-Bionomy (a position and release creative healing method).

Kayoko is a graduate of the SOMA Institute in Chicago. She incorporates acupressure points and reflexology with Swedish massage. She is certified in Pregnancy massage and Hot Stone massage.

Kate graduated from the Morton College Massage Therapy program in 2004. Due to 10 years of dance education and training, she has a unique understanding of the anatomy. She incorporates range of movement and dynamic stretching techniques into her specific deep tissue work. Kate also uses energy based relaxation techniques during her massage sessions.

Lauren graduated from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy in 1995. By incorporating Myofascial Release with Swedish and Trigger Point therapies, Lauren is able to work layer by layer to provide deep relaxation and targeted muscle relief. She also practices Deep Tissue, Sports and Prenatal massage.

Laurie is a graduate of the CSMT*. As well as being a massage therapist, she is also a certified fitness specialist. She enjoys practicing Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pre/Perinatal, Trigger Point and Sports massage.

Lilly has been a graduate of the CSMT* since 1992. She specializes in Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point therapy and Reflexology.

Lisa B graduated from the American Institute of Alternative Medicine in Columbus, Ohio, where she studied Massage Therapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine. She draws from Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Acupressure modalities to target the specific needs of each client. Lisa’s deeply therapeutic bodywork melts away muscle tension for profound relaxation and pain relief. She also provides Hot Stone Massage.

Marguerite graduated from CSMT* under the Bob King curriculum after a decade in the corporate world. She enjoys combining different modalities such Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports and Trigger Point Therapy to provide each client with the most therapeutic and relaxing massage possible.

Marzena is a graduate of The European Healing Massage Therapy School in Skokie. She is trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Pregnancy and Hot Stone massage. Each massage is a customized therapeutic massage for pain relief and relaxation to fit each client’s individual needs.

Michele, a CSMT alumni, composes each massage to meet the needs of the individual, providing a relaxing, reintegrative experience focused pain relief, structural balance and internal harmony. Michele is trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point and Sports massage therapies.

Mindy is a graduate of CSMT*. Her style is a blend of Swedish and Deep Tissue massage with myofascial, sports and shiatsu influences. She takes a specific approach to muscle therapy, while also seeking to create balance and connection throughout the body.

Molly, a graduate of the CSMT*, is certified in "PUSH Muscle Therapy," a specialized treatment to relieve and eliminate pain resultant from chronic persistent muscle tension. Molly is trained to apply appropriate engagement to specific musculature for purposes of relaxation and clinical or sports therapies. She is also certified in Pregnancy massage.

Nikki is a graduate of the Soma Institute and has a background in dance, anatomy, biology, and kinesiology.  She provides Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, and assisted stretching; she has worked extensively with physical therapists specializing in chronic back pain.  She is also trained in Pregnancy Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Sports Massage, and Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Massage.

Noreen has been a nationally certified Acupuncturist and massage therapist for the last 8 years. Trained in the US, England and Spain, she offers Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal and Hot Stone massage. She has a firm, yet nurturing touch that blends acupressure with luxurious stretches into her work. It is with pleasure that she may converse in Spanish for those clients who so desire.

Nour, a graduate of the CSMT*, approaches massage in a therapeutic manner by incorporating and integrating various massage techniques. She uses her intuition on each individual client to create a state of mental and physical relaxation. Nour is also certified in Pregnancy, Hot Stone and Ocology Massage.

Rachel is a graduate of The New School for Massage. She takes great satisfaction in helping her clients achieve a relaxed state of mind and body by using several modalities, including Deep Tissue, Swedish, Myofascial and Sports massage.

Rae graduated from CSMT. From her experience of 10 years of bodywork she synergistically blends Swedish, Deep Tissue and Myofacial Release techniques to create a custom therapeutic session for each client. She also offers Pregnancy; Hot Stone; Reflexology and Lymphatic Drainage.

Sallie graduated from the CSMT* in 1995. Her training includes Swedish, Deep Tissue and Sports massage. Sallie integrates these and other techniques to create an individual, specific and relaxing massage experience for each client. Sallie is also certified in Pregnancy and Hot Stone Massage.

Susan is a graduate of the CSMT*. She is nationally certified as well as licensed in IL. Her treatments focus on providing a completely relaxing and refreshing experience. Skilled at locating and treating specific areas of tension, her clients receive individualized attention to meet their needs. Susan is also certified in HotStone Massage.

Suzette trained at the Cayce/Reilly School of Massotherapy. By incorporating different modalities such as Jin Shin Do Acupressure, Swedish, Deep Tissue and Sports massage, she is able to provide the deep relaxation your mind and spirit need while achieving the physical results you desire. She is also certified in Prenatal massage.

Tai defines herself as a facilitator of self-care and personal awareness. She is dedicated to the personal awakening of her clients through massage. Tai holds a B.S. in Physical Education from Western Illinois and graduated from CSMT. Her expertise includes Swedish; Deep Tissue; Sports; Prenatal and Hot Stone massage. Tai is passionate about her work and customizes her sessions to the needs of the client. "My ultimate goal in life is to change the world on massage at a time."

Tamara , a graduate of the CSMT*, integrates acupressure, Trigger Point therapy and Myofascial work into her massages. Using her knowledge and intuition, in addition to a background in dance, yoga and tai chi, she addresses the specific needs of each client to provide deep relaxation or therapeutic massage using a variety of techniques.
